Whitney Nicely is an expert property investor, speaker, and real estate coach. Today, she’s called the queen of real estate investing in East Tennessee, but that’s not how she started.

Before quitting her 9 to 5, Whitney scraped by on $24,000 a year working a desk job and living on her parent’s couch. That was in 2013. Now, she owns more than $1.5 million in real estate assets.

Whitney Nicely went from no investments (or strategies) to 15 houses, 19 apartment units, and 7 chunks of land in less than three years- all bringing monthly money to her bank account on autopilot. One of her favorite deals? Early on, she spent $1,500 dollars on a piece of ugly dirt land and currently rakes in nearly $10,000 a year from that one property!

Whitney now teaches hundreds of women how they too can use no money down, no credit, and no banks to finance their real estate deals. In less than three years, she’s negotiated nearly 72 real estate deals and generated more than $25,000 in passive income each month.

She has traveled the United States speaking on stages, teaching her simple strategies, and meeting with other successful real estate investors. And, she still actively buys houses the exact way that she teaches.

Since 2016, Whitney has led and trained hundreds of future lady landlords to grow their portfolios, collect checks, and achieve financial freedom. These real estate investing ladies are securing leads, signing deals, and scaling their dream incomes through First Deal Done Fast and the She Buys It Mastermind.

The most incredible thing about Whitney is that she is really a businesswoman continuing to do REAL business in real life. Whitney recently became the President of the Knoxville REIA and is ready to make an even bigger bang with the local real estate community.

But, Whitney’s business savvy does not end there. In addition to her great success as an investor, teacher, and now REIA President, she also owns and operates Whitney Hauling and Trucking in Knoxville, TN. When it comes to Whitney, the question is never if she can do something, but when and how she is going to make it happen.

Tristan is a follower of Jesus, a wife, and a stay at home mom of 3 humans, 5 dogs, 4 horses, 2 donkeys, and 6 chickens. She grew up in western NC on her family’s farm and now lives in Knoxville, TN. She is a photographer and a DōTERRA essential oil advocate. She loves cute animals, riding horses, baking, drinking coffee, watching Hallmark, reading, and spending time with her family.

I’ve been dance for 15 years, honing sales and marketing skills, teaching and learning ballroom technique, traveling to competitions, and producing shows.

I work with Whitney during her She Buys It Live conference. My duties with Knox REIA are assisting members with Home Depot benefits through troubleshooting and education of perks. I also help them use and understand other benefits that go along with becoming a Knox REIA member.

We are Brent & Andrea Knox. We have lived in Knoxville for 16 years and have been married for 19. We have 3 children: Dustin-18, Elizabeth – 12, & Connor – 4. Brent has worked in commercial construction for 10 years and is now a licensed GC, owns Blue Mallard Homes, LLC., and works in residential and commercial construction. Andrea started in real estate as a property manager then got her real estate license. She has been a licensed agent for over 5 years. We have done wholesales, wholetails, and flips in our 3 years of investing. We started investing to build a financial future and legacy for our family. We look forward to sharing our experiences and getting to know everyone!
