Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Knox REIA.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with your membership, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any Goods that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Knox REIA, 257 N Calderwood St, Ste #323, Alcoa TN 37701.
Goods refer to the items, services or memberships offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Knox REIA, accessible from https://knoxreia.com/
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel or request a refund on Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
Your right to cancel an Order only applies to physical Goods that are returned in the same condition as You received them. You should also include all of the product’s instructions, documents and wrappings. Goods that are damaged or not in the same condition as You received them or which are worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will not be refunded. You should therefore take reasonable care of the purchased Goods while they are in Your possession.
Monthly and Quarterly Memberships: are not refundable under any circumstances. These Memberships will renew automatically based on the type/interval of the Membership unless you cancel your Membership prior to the next billing cycle. You can cancel your Monthly or Quarterly membership at any time without penalty, and your Membership will lapse on the renewal date for your membership.Â
Annual Memberships: are refundable in the first 30 days. Conditionally, we also offer a 1 year refund policy under the following conditions:
– You must attend at least 6 Main Monthly Meetings.
After one year, if your membership automatically renews, you may request a refund in the first 30 days if you have not attended any meetings, events, seminars, workshops or purchased anything through Knox REIA with a member discount, from the automatic renewal date.
In the event that a Platinum Sponsor signs up in your category of business, your Vendor or Sponsorship will cease and we will a) downgrade you to a Business 3 non-vendor membership at no cost to you and b) refund the balance of your prior membership, prorated to the amount of time remaining before your next renewal.
Please be aware that your local and national membership benefits, including discounts and rebates from local and national vendor partners, will terminate at the end of your membership term, and you may forfeit any rebates earned for the prior earning period.Â

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive notice of cancellation or upon receipt of the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Certain refund requests for Memberships may be considered by the Company on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of the Company.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging, if physical.
- The Goods were not used or damaged, if physical.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase, if physical.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with Your prior express consent and You have acknowledged Your loss of cancellation right. This includes using member-exclusive downloads and resources.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning physical Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
